Bridal hair in Surfside, FL designed to last from the first photo to the last dance, even in beach humidity.
Beach weddings on the Surfside side of Collins Avenue look beautiful in photos and brutal in reality. Salt air, ocean breeze, hot sun, and a long day in the heat will collapse a styling job that was not built for it. Our bridal team designs hair that holds. Trial appointments first, then game day, with a clear plan for backup.
LAHH Salon is 5 minutes south on Collins Avenue from the corner of Harding Avenue and 96th Street with free parking. We can do bridal work on-location or in the salon.
It starts with a trial. We do the full look two to four weeks before the wedding. We test how the hair holds, what it looks like in photos, and how the bride feels in it. We adjust based on the trial. The day of the wedding, we know what works because we already proved it.
Bridal party hair is built around the bride's look. We schedule each member of the party with enough time so the bride is the last out of the chair, hair fresh, ready for first looks.
The hair has to hold from the ceremony at the beach through the dinner and into the dance floor. Our products are tested on real Surfside brides. We use anti-humidity finishing sprays from R+Co Bleu and Davines and we will tell you on day one whether your inspiration photo will work in this climate.
Six months out: book the trial and the wedding day. Four to eight weeks out: trial appointment. Two weeks out: any final color or balayage refresh. Wedding day: we arrive on schedule with all backup product, all spare pins, and a printed timeline.
Brides often book a fresh balayage or gloss two to three weeks out. A keratin smoothing treatment four to six weeks out for humidity control. Hair extensions for thickness or length installed three to four weeks before the wedding so the install settles in.
Related services: balayage in Surfside, makeup services, keratin smoothing.
Should I do a trial?
Yes. The trial is the rehearsal. We do the full look two to four weeks before the wedding, photograph it, and try it on for at least an hour. We adjust based on what we see.
Do you do on-location work?
Yes. We can come to your suite, your venue, or your home. Travel fees apply based on location and party size.
Should I do extensions before the wedding?
If you want extra length or density, yes. Hand-tied wefts installed three to four weeks before the wedding give the install time to settle so the result is undetectable.
How early should the bridal party start?
We build a timeline based on party size and target departure. The bride is always last in the chair, hair fresh for first looks. Most parties start three to four hours before the bride's exit time.
