Thank you for shopping with Lahh Salon. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (cosmetics, skincare, intimate goods)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items marked as "Final Sale"

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away at orders@lahhsalon.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include photos of the damage or incorrect item to expedite the process.

Exchanges

For the fastest service, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired item once your return is processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If you haven't received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at orders@lahhsalon.com.

International Returns

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The same condition requirements apply - items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
