Cancellation Policy at LAHH Salon

We hold every appointment with care, and we ask the same in return. Here is how our cancellation policy works.

A card is required to hold every appointment

A valid credit card is required at booking to reserve your time with our team. Your card is held securely on file and is only charged if a late cancellation, no-show, or completed service applies.

24-hour cancellation window

You can cancel or reschedule any appointment at no charge as long as you give us at least 24 hours' notice.

Late cancellation fee

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, your card on file will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
