Many Ojus families make their salon appointments a family affair, with multiple family members getting services during the same visit. What's your cancellation policy and how flexible are you with scheduling?

We understand that life happens and plans sometimes change. We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, there's a $50 cancellation fee. For no-shows without any communication, the fee is $75. This policy exists because last-minute cancellations mean our stylists lose income for that time slot, and another client who wanted that specific appointment couldn't book it because you had it reserved. We truly try to be reasonable and understanding.
